Hope & Homes For All

Supporting the mission of Indwell

Indwell is a Christian charity that creates affordable housing communities that support people seeking health, wellness and belonging. Their programs support more than 700 people in Hamilton, Woodstock, Simcoe, and London.

Dignity Love Hope

Indwell values the inherent dignity of all people as image bearers of God. Everyone is welcome.

We love our neighbours. Our housing is permanent, and every program is built with sustainability in mind.

Hope is the foundation of everything we do. We offer real opportunities for life transformation.

The SILOAM Lenten Challenge

Siloam will partner with Indwell to furnish affordable supportive housing units

at the Embassy Commons project at 744 Dundas Street, London, ON with 72 units expected to open in 2022.

Each unit costs $2,500 to furnish with Siloam’s 2021  goal to furnish at least two units.

Listen to Chelsea's story

Chelsea says the place she was living in was ‘dangerous and not safe’.

However she has secured an apartment in the Indwell  building at 356 Dundas St. in downtown London, Ont. and claims it not only saved, but changed her life.

“They do a lot of programs and not just with people in building but other services around town.”

White Gift Event

by

Our White Gift/Mitten Tree event this year will be much different than in previous years. Due to Covid, the Outreach Committee is planning a drop-off White Gift event for Saturday, December 5, 2020 from 10am to 2pm.

Please note that many organizations are not accepting clothing donations at this time, so gift cards are preferable. We hope to offer support to the following organizations this holiday season:

Children’s Aid – Gift cards for Walmart or President Choice preferred.

Women’s Abuse Shelter- Gift cards only preferably from drug stores or Walmart; $5.00 or $10.00 gift cards from Tim Hortons or MacDonalds cards are also helpful.

Salvation Army will accept donations of new clothes for men women and children.

Jen Prince would like the congregation to consider giving Best Buy gift cards, in aid of several families needing to purchase computers and other items for home schooling needs.

Gift cards and other donations will be received at the main entrance under the overhang at the church on Saturday, December 5, 2020 from 10am to 2pm.

Please call John Davidson at 519-679-1976 if you have any questions. Thanks for your generosity!
